- Dr. Jacob Otim is the Board Chairman of Kyambogo University Staff where he provides strategic leadership and institutional oversight. He is a seasoned academic and economist with over two decades of experience in teaching, research, and policy analysis.
- He leads the Board in strengthening governance, promoting financial sustainability, and enhancing value for members. His leadership focuses on building a strong savings and investment culture, improving access to affordable financial services, and ensuring prudent management of members’ resources.
- Dr. Otim works closely with the Board, Management, and Supervisory Committee to uphold high standards of transparency, accountability, and professionalism. He brings a results-oriented approach grounded in evidence-based decision-making and institutional development.
- His vision is to transform KYUSACCO into a resilient, leading financial institution that empowers members and contributes to their long-term socio-economic well-being.
